SHIPPING POLICY
All our co-ords are hand sewn to order, therefore, it can take up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped. This is to ensure you recieve the quality and luxury-standard that you are paying for!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges because each order is made with specific fabrics cut and sewn by us as soon as the order is placed.
But if you're not happy with your outfit for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at ohdia.a@outlook.com with your order number to start the return process.
Once we get your return in our warehouse, we'll process your refund. It usually takes 6-8 business days for the refund to go through. We might refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used for anything other than checking the size and fit.
We don't cover the cost of return shipping, and we don't do exchanges. Thanks!
